7 DAYS IN THE DARKNESS

The Seven Days

Something is coming. You have seven days to survive, but each day brings something worse. What starts as strange sounds and distant sightings slowly turns into a nightmare. Stay alert, keep your house protected, and prepare for what is coming.

Day 1 — The Beginning

At first, everything seems normal. But something is out there, watching you. You might hear strange sounds or notice things that weren’t there before. This is only the beginning.

Day 2 — It Finds You

You start hearing strange music. Suddenly, the creature begins running towards you. It chases you, getting closer and closer, but it won’t kill you yet. Don’t underestimate it. This is your first real warning.

Day 3 — The Countdown

The creature starts walking. A message appears on your screen: it is 1000 blocks away from you. The number begins counting down.

The sky turns red, the ground breaks apart around you, and you can’t place a single block for twenty-three seconds. Then the countdown runs out.

Night 4 — The Wool

A single white block appears and starts spreading. Whatever it touches turns into wool, slowly taking over the surrounding area.

This event only happens if you stay inside your house. You don’t have to stay there, though. You can leave your house and explore instead.

Night 5 — The Big One

A massive red cloud forms in the distance, and something thirty blocks tall emerges from it.

It walks directly towards you, destroying everything in its path, including your house. When it finally reaches you, your screen goes black.

You wake up somewhere completely different.

A blue sky. Flat grass. Trees in perfect rows. A sun that never moves.

People are standing in the field. They’re black, shaped like you, and have white eyes. They don’t chase you. They simply get closer whenever you’re not looking at them, disappearing in smoke if you get too close.

Day 7 — The Final Fight

It stops running. It comes for you in broad daylight, with a health bar.

Three phases. Shockwaves, explosions, fire and ice.

This is the only real fight in the entire experience. Everything you’ve survived has led to this moment.

How You Survive

Build and Protect Your House

Your house is your safe place. Keep it enclosed and well-lit. Make sure you have enough space, supplies and light to survive the nights. But don’t get too comfortable. Things will get worse as the days pass.

Don’t Try to Fight It

Hitting the creature doesn’t work. Not for the first six days. Even if you manage to knock it down, it will get back up and continue coming after you.

Those few seconds are your chance to escape.

On Day 7, everything changes. The seconds it’s down become your only opportunity to damage it.

Light Is Everything

The darkness is real. No light means no light. Torches are essential if you want to see what’s around you. Never underestimate the importance of keeping your surroundings illuminated.
