Garden Variety

I’m trying to learn pixel art, and there’s a lot of textures in Minecraft that actively make me recoil, or go “eugh”. Like, I wanna make a garden here, not look at doody colored leaves or have to mine up diorite so I don’t have to look at it.

So I decided to try learning by redoing those textures to my personal taste. Hopefully someone other than me will like them.

Currently includes changes to birch and jungle wood; oak, spruce, dark oak, birch and acacia leaves; leaf litter, wheat, carrot and potato flowers, dead bushes, diorite, granite, and a few flowers. 

Still a work in progress. I’m probably going to keep finding things to change.
