Steampunk gear

Every sprite is authored at the *exact* native pixel geometry of the vanilla
26.3 client, so the pack scales cleanly at every GUI scale setting with zero
layout drift. The only intentional size change is the animated recipe-book
button, which is a 20×108 strip of six 20×18 frames (see
[Animated sprites](#animated-sprites)).

Armour is a brass-capped fluid tube, hunger is a brass-capped ration, and the hotbar, selection frame and off-hand slots are riveted brass |
