Replaces the pixelmon sounds (the sounds being them saying their name) making them say Noot Noot. Pixelmon who don’t have a sound file in the mod will not say Noot Noot with this resource pack because the resource pack can only modify what exists to make pixelmon without sounds say Noot Noot a mod would need to be made.
