Sculk Horde Fix

(About the Well-Known Bug of the Sculk Horde mod by GRMikeatron)

The following ID’s have no texture associated or translate on en_us.json file:

“sculkhorde:perimeter_ward_relay_block”;

“sculkhorde:perimeter_ward_emitter_block”;

So I fixed it by adding 2 simple textures to each block and translating it on English, also adding the json files.

(Soon changing the textures)
