This isn’t a mod , or a addon or a customization into config or main mod but only a resoursepack 1.16

Q: Is possible animate all models?

Q: Is possible on old version ?

A: yes…(why?)….but it is complicated and require check if is possible backport all feathure.

Q: Future plans?
