AE2 Modern

Gives Applied Energistics 2 on 1.20.1 the new look from the 1.21 versions, in a light, a dark and a true black version.

Note: Requires AE2 Unofficial Extended Life Modern (AE2 on 1.20.1 Forge).

The packs

• AE2Modern-Light-1.20.1: the light look.
• AE2Modern-Dark-1.20.1: dark GUIs, and the machines get darker borders. Building blocks, glass and cables stay as in the light pack.
• AE2Modern-TrueBlack-1.20.1: the dark pack with pure black GUI panels.

Features

New textures for blocks, parts, cells, cards, upgrades and all GUIs.
Animated textures like the controller, the quantum ring and the artificial universe cells are kept animated.
Hubs and connectors use the colors of the wireless connectors, and the ME Requester window is set into the front.

Known issues

Some things are drawn by the mods themselves and a resource pack can’t change them: the priority and cancel buttons are normal vanilla buttons, and the tag bus text boxes are always dark.
AE2 takes its scrollbar handle from the vanilla creative inventory file, so the creative inventory scrollbar changes too.
The drive tiles of the artificial universe cells stay as they are until ExpandedAE registers them properly.
The Assembler Matrix is not done yet.

Disclaimer

I did not draw most of these textures. They come from the Applied Energistics 2 1.21 branches and from the addons above, I only fitted them to 1.20.1 and made the dark and true black versions.
The dark GUI colors follow AE2 Blackout by Void_Fractal.
