Tensura Not Enough Bosses Rebalanced

Let the final phase have a finish.

Adjust supported Not Enough Bosses encounters, with focused changes to Luminous Valentine’s regeneration and revival.

Luminous Valentine

Sustain with a limit.

Eligible Infinite Regeneration uses the strong-tier default cap of 0.1% maximum health per half-second pulse, with a corresponding Spiritual Health cap.

Her final phase receives two paid revives, each costing 45% of maximum Magicules, and a three-second grace period against repeated lethal hits. Earlier native phase transitions remain intact.

Encounter behavior

Keep the battle focused.

Governed bosses use shared targeting rules, including creative/spectator exclusions and wild boss-on-boss avoidance with friendly and owned exceptions. Veldora joins the protected no-charm list.

Supported regeneration rates, revive counts, costs and targeting options are configured through Rebalance Core.
