Red Beret: a head-slot item that works like a Totem of Undying. When worn and the player dies, it auto-revives (up to 10 times: 100 max durability, 10 consumed per revive). On revive it restores health and grants Regeneration II (45s), Absorption II (5s), Fire Resistance I (40s) and 3 seconds of invulnerability, plus a custom voice line. Cannot be crafted or repaired. Appears only in pillager-outpost chests at a 1% chance. When health drops below 3 hearts, the screen turns near-grayscale (saturation 0.3) with a red vignette and looping heartbeat.
