This mod changes the way paintings are found, what can be done with them, and adds new painting types, very configurably.

Connoisseur is a mod centered around paintings. Currently it adds 40 brand new paintings, 5 backported paintings, and painting frames. Paintings are overhauled to only be able to be found in loot chests (configurable). This means that each painting gets its own item variant with a custom texture. Frames are crafted with giltwood, also found in loot chests. This mod is very configurable, allowing you to configure each feature. Paintings can be individually disabled, the painting overhaul can be disabled.
