Solar’s Mobs

Adds new naturally-spawning entities to the over world that can be made to be follower-companions. Currently there are 6 available, but I will have several more pushed in the near-future.

Follower AI: They will follow you and sit patiently when commanded similar to wolves.

Inventory: Tamable mobs will have fully equipable inventory & gear.

Combat: All mobs Compatible with Better Combat 1.9

Advancements: Several advancements for interacting with them added to the game.

Performance: Tested with over 400+ mods and very little impact on server TPS / MSPT.

Mod Support: Should work with most mods for fluid storage. I may eventually rework this to have it function as a fuel. Should work with Mekanism tanks well, Pipez pipes, et cetera.

Compatibility: I’ve tested with 470+ Forge 1.20.1 mods so far with no issues of note as of yet, but I’m sure some exist out there. If you find any, kindly let me know & I will work to address these. FAQ

Can I use this in my modpack?

Feel free to include in any modpacks as long as you give credit 😀

I wouldn’t recommend it yet as this time however (v1.0.5) as this still needs some more polish.

Will there be other versions?

I may eventually do a NeoForge 1.21 port down the line. Possibly a fabric port, but will see.
