Shun’s Additions

This mod started as a pile of small changes I wanted in my own game. I eventually bundled them into one mod for NeoForge 1.21.1. Everything can be toggled on its own, so turn off whatever you don’t like.

Gameplay

• Tool Bundle: a bundle for your tools. Hold Alt to swap between them.
• Leather Sacks: shulker boxes become sacks you can craft with leather.
• Weaker Skeletons: skeletons, strays and bogged spawn with half their usual health.

Quality of Life

• Middle-Click Sorting: middle-click to sort any inventory.
• Delete Key: press Delete to get rid of the item you’re hovering over.
• Quick Sacks: right-click to pick up sacks and fill them.
• Shift-Drag: hold Shift and drag across slots to move items quickly.
• Right-Click Harvest: right-click crops to harvest and replant them in one go.
• Hit Through Grass: short and tall grass won’t block your attacks anymore.
• Eat When Full: eat whenever you want, even on a full hunger bar.
• Jumpable Fences: you can jump over fences.
• No Anvil Limit: no more “Too Expensive!”
• Hunger Tooltip: food tooltips show how much hunger each item restores.
• Peaceful Blazes: blazes still spawn on Peaceful, so you can still get blaze rods.
• Peaceful Hunger: hunger still drains on Peaceful.

Optional

• Keep Items on Death: keep your inventory when you die, but each death costs you a heart.
• Safer Surface: monsters only spawn in complete darkness.
• Food Buffs: foods and dishes give potion effects.
• Copper Gear: copper armor, tools and horse armor.
• Spears: the spears from 1.21.11, brought back to 1.21.1.

Menus

• Minimal Menu: clears the clutter out of the menus.
• Dark Loading Screen: a cleaner loading screen in dark mode.
• Dark Title Bar: a dark mode title bar for the game window.
• Custom Title: set your own window title.
• Custom Logo: put your own image at config/shunsadditions/logo/logo.png 😀
• Hide Splash: hides the yellow splash text.
• Mod List: choose which mods appear in the mod list. Handy for modpack makers.
• Hide Default Packs: hides built-in packs like Programmer Art.
• No Experimental Warning: skips the warning when you create a new world.

Resource Packs

• Custom GUIs: works with some OptiGUI and OptiFine GUI packs.
• Connected Textures: works with Continuity and OptiFine connected texture packs.
