Cobblestone Observer

A simple block that observes for cobblestone above it.
This mod / block is meant/intended to be used with cobblestone generators making the process of detecting the cobblestone easier/faster.
If a cobblestone gets placed above this block while it is powered the cobblestone will be detected and a redstone signal will be sent.
The Cobblestone Observer block itself will require a redstone signal to be powered to function correctly.

Note: this mod was developed using the help of AI for logic and textures as I am not familiar with Java/koltin and the needed libraries and imports to make such a mod work. I just wanted a simple way to automatically observer cobblestone generated by a cobblestone generator and while a command block can be used for this i thought it would be nicer and a good self challenge to try and create a mod for this behavior.
