TFC Scales (Alloy Calculator)

TFC Scales adds a bronze balance scale to TerraFirmaCraft, helping you measure ore batches and plan alloys before smelting

Right-click the scales to open a 3×3 inventory, with space for nine stacks of ore. The interface displays each metal’s percentage, its total yield in metal units and ingot equivalents, and the predicted alloy using TFC’s alloy recipes

Ores from any mod can be placed in the scales. Metal yields are calculated from supported heating and smelting recipes, with optional datapack entries for additional compatibility. Items without known yields are clearly marked

The number of metal units per ingot is configurable: 100 by default, or 144 for modpacks such as Gregnautics. The scales analyse your ores without consuming them, and their contents remain stored between uses
