Better Furnaces adds four upgraded furnaces to Minecraft: Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite. Each tier smelts much faster than the one before, so your progression always feels rewarding.

Crafting

Each furnace is an upgrade of the previous one:

Iron Furnace: a regular Furnace surrounded by 8 Iron Ingots
Gold Furnace: an Iron Furnace surrounded by 8 Gold Ingots
Diamond Furnace: a Gold Furnace surrounded by 8 Diamonds
Netherite Furnace: a Diamond Furnace with 1 Netherite Ingot in each of the 4 corners
