Arise!
Raise your army with the Staff of the Sands. Summon soldiers that fight alongside you and bring unique abilities shaped by their environment.

There are 6 soldier variants:
– Sand: Survives an overwhelming hit from full health. Its attacks respect armor while bypassing Resistance and OP damage caps.

– Ocean: Breathes underwater, swims after enemies, and throws tridents.

– Snow: Slows enemies with melee attacks and snowballs. Can be healed by snowballs.

– Nether: Immune to fire and lava. Ignites enemies while burning, but slows down in water or rain.

– Ore: Equipped with an iron sword, stronger armor, and high knockback resistance.

– Forest: Grants nearby animals regeneration and helps nearby plants grow.

The Staff has 2 modes. Natural mode summons a soldier based on the targeted block or biome without consuming resources.
Want a specific variant? Spend its matching resource to summon it directly. Natural and resource summons have separate cooldowns, and Quick Charge reduces both.
Hold R, scroll to choose a mode, then release to confirm. The selector shows resource costs, available materials, and cooldown time.

They await your commands!
Soldiers start on Follow, protecting you as you explore. Give them different orders to defend an area:

Follow: Accompany you and teleport back when too far away.

Guard: Defend an assigned position and return after combat.

Wander: Roam near an assigned position and fight nearby threats.
Shift + right-click a soldier with the staff to cycle its order. Shift + right-click into the air to open group orders for your Follow soldiers within 32 blocks. Soldiers already guarding or wandering keep their assignments.

You will also occasionally encounter untamed soldiers fighting hostile mobs out in the world passively.

For now the staff is available only in creative since the mod is in heavy beta, but I will implement an interesting way of acquiring it. Same for commands.

This mod is heavily inspired by my main champion from league of legends; Azir. Glory to shurima!
