🎲 Game Night

Play board, card and word games with your friends – right inside Minecraft, on any server.

Open the menu with /minigames, create a lobby, invite your friends and start playing. No server plugin, no extra setup: the mod is client-side only. Everyone who wants to play just needs the mod installed.

✨ Features

  • Lobbies with codes – share a 6-character code, friends join with /minigames join <code>
  • Clickable chat invites – invite players by name, they accept with one click
  • AI bots – fill empty seats with bots (Easy / Normal / Hard or Pro)
  • Player heads – see your friends’ Minecraft skins at the table
  • House rules & settings per game (turn timers, match length, board sizes, …)
  • Win counter per lobby, rematch with one click
  • English & German – the mod follows your Minecraft language setting
  • Hand-drawn pixel-art UI for every game, scales to any window size

🚀 How to play

  1. Install the mod (and Fabric API) – every player needs it.
  2. Type /minigames and pick a game.
  3. Invite friends with the button in the lobby, or share your lobby code.
  4. Add bots if you like and hit START GAME.

⚙️ How it works (please read)

The mod has no server component. Players’ game clients talk to each other through private chat messages (/msg). The mod hides these messages automatically, so you don’t see them.

  • Works on most servers out of the box.
  • If a server blocks or heavily rate-limits /msg, the games can’t sync. Please respect your server’s rules.
  • The host’s client runs the game, so if the host leaves, the lobby closes.
  • All players in a lobby need the same mod version.

Game Night 支持哪些 Minecraft 版本？

Game Night 支持 Minecraft Java 版 26.3，可用的加载器：Fabric。下载时注意选择和你游戏版本一致的文件。

Game Night 怎么安装？

先用 PCL2 或 HMCL 启动器安装对应版本的 Fabric，再把下载的 .jar 文件放进游戏目录的 mods 文件夹，重新启动游戏即可。开启了版本隔离的，mods 文件夹在 versions/版本名 下面。
