The Sound Muffler

Place a Muffler block wherever the noise is getting on your nerves, then right-click it to switch it on or off. Anything making a fuss nearby gets turned down to a gentle murmur, without silencing the whole game.

Want to keep the jukebox but muffle the mining? You can choose which kinds of sounds get quieted — one space can hush the mobs while another leaves the ambience alone. Each Muffler works in the area around it, and placing a few covers a village, a base, or that one neighbour’s very enthusiastic cow farm.
