BETA — ArynLeveling is in active development for the Aryn MMO RPG modpack / server. Feedback and bug reports are welcome!

ArynLeveling adds an MMORPG-style leveling system to Minecraft. Every action earns experience: mining, farming, fighting, crafting, smelting, fishing, breeding, trading and completing advancements. Level up to become stronger, unlock rewards and show your progress to the whole server.

Everything is fully configurable — XP values, level curve, stat bonuses, rewards, colors — so it fits any RPG modpack.

Earn XP by playing

Values work with item / block / entity tags, so modded content is supported out of the box.

Level up like in an MMORPG

• Configurable curve (100 × level^1.5 by default, max level 100) or a manual XP table
• Level Up notification in the center of the screen, with sound
• Stat bonuses per level (default: +1 heart every 10 levels, +0.02 attack damage per level) — any attribute, including modded ones
• Reward commands per level (*, every N levels, or a specific level), given only once per player
• Full heal on level up, server-wide announcement every 10 levels
• Optional death penalty

Clean Aryn-themed interface

• Compact level block (top-left by default): level, XP, animated gold progress bar and “+X XP” gains
• 6 screen positions, scale, width and 9 customizable colors
• Toggle with the K key
• The vanilla XP bar (enchanting) is left untouched

Anti-exploit

• No XP for blocks placed by players (tracked per chunk)
• Correct tool required to earn mining XP
• Reduced XP from spawner mobs (25%)
• Crafting loops (ingot ↔ block, planks, sticks) give 0 XP

• Hot-reloadable config (config/arynleveling-common.toml) and in-game config screen (Mods menu)
• Server API + events (PlayerXpGainEvent, PlayerLevelChangeEvent) — perfect for quest, class or guild systems
• Client API for UI mods — used by ArynATH (Aryn HUD) to display the level block in its HUD editor and character sheet

📦 Installation

1. Install NeoForge 26.1.2.109 or newer (Minecraft 26.1.2, Java 25)
2. Put the .jar in the mods folder of both the client and the server
3. Launch the game — config files are created on first launch

This is a beta version: balance values may change between updates. Player progress is kept across updates. Please report bugs with your game log.
