Turn normal villagers into Guard Villagers and back again by right-clicking them with an Iron Sword in your main hand to an guard and to an villager by an dirt block!
Important: Villager professions are not preserved:
When you turn a villager into a guard, the original villager is removed and a guard is spawned in the same location. Turning the guard back creates a new villager with a random profession. The villager will not keep its original profession instead get a new randaomly chosen one.
