A Project 863–inspired horror mod.

Features

Syphus590
A player-sized stalker in a black hood and red mask. The first time he sees you, he binds to you. For 3 days he follows from the edge of your vision, hides when you look, and creeps into your home at night. Chat lines fire when he acts (“Someone broke into your base,” and so on). On day 4 he goes aggressive and the chase music starts. If he isn’t dealt with, he infects you with Life’s Blood (1 in-game day grace period first).

Life’s Blood (red test tube)
Drink or throw (sneak + right-click). Permanent curse: fuzzy red vision and possession episodes that sabotage you (lava tosses, fire, dropping items, and more). Peaceful difficulty: vision only, no possession. Milk and totems won’t cure it.

Life Blood Antidote (blue)
Fully cures Life’s Blood and any pending infection. Throw it at Syphus590: hits 1–2 daze/scare him; hit 3 cures him. His eyes and inner hood turn blue, and he becomes your helper.

Life Blood Counteragent (yellow)
Pauses Life’s Blood for 5 minutes (configurable). Only found in Spire bunkers — not brewable.

Cured Syphus590 (helper)
Empty-hand right-click cycles modes: Follow, Stay, Mine, Organize, Craft. Right-click with a pickaxe to equip it. Sneak + empty hand opens his inventory. Sneak + an item sets a craft target.

The Spire
A rare tall TV-tower structure with a metal hatch behind it leading to a small tech bunker. Chests always contain Counteragent; each Spire has Formula, Documents, and at least one Antidote.

Spire Locator
Handheld radar that points to the nearest Spire. Hold it for a HUD blip; right-click within 64 blocks for green coordinates in chat.

• Antidote → Life’s Blood + Formula (found in the Spire)
• Counteragent → not brewable (Spire loot only)

Stalker Tubing drops from Syphus590. Documents and Formula are Spire-only.
