Flesh & Fungus Core is a companion mod developed specifically for the Flesh & Fungus modpack. It provides the pack’s custom interface theme and gameplay integration between selected mods.
Interface Customization
- Branded loading and resource-reload screens.

The interface preserves familiar slot positions and controls while matching the modpack’s flesh-and-fungus aesthetic.
Gameplay Integration
FF Core restricts The Flesh That Hates mobs to Macabre’s The Pit dimension and prevents targeting and damage between the two mods’ creatures.
Regular Flesh mobs spawn in small groups with local population limits. Incubators appear much less frequently, with additional spacing restrictions. Spawn locations are checked for solid ground, clear space, liquids, harmful blocks, and distance from nearby players and known respawn points.
Gameplay settings can be adjusted through the mod’s configuration file.

Install FF Core on both the client and server when using it in multiplayer. The modpack’s title-screen layout is supplied separately through FancyMenu.
