What it is
Sit in a Quenching Cauldron, spend XP and hunger to raise Body Strength (max HP, attack, flat damage reduction together) and Regeneration (+1 HP/s per tier). Each upgrade deals backlash magic damage about equal to current max HP (bypasses armor, reduced by flat DR)—can be lethal.

How to play
Craft and place the cauldron. Right-click to sit and upgrade. Sneak/bound key to leave (Esc only closes GUI). Death clears all progress.

Notes
Heal and eat before upgrading. Logging out forces you out of the cauldron.

Q: Is backlash reduced by flat DR? A: Yes—bypasses armor but flat DR applies.
Q: Progress after death? A: Cleared—start over.
