FrogPiece Zitoen Compat

## What this addon does

FrogPiece Zitoen Compat is a server-side compatibility addon for **Zitoen Piece** by Zitoen (itself an addon for Mine Mine no Mi by WyndFTWz). It adjusts several of Zitoen Piece’s Navy and Haki systems to better fit a specific server’s balance and progression pace, without modifying the original mod’s jar.

### Admiral promotion changes
– The Marine Instructor NPC can no longer instantly promote a player to Admiral. The `/navy rank` command remains the only path to Admiral/Fleet Admiral through normal progression.
– Killing the Fleet Admiral boss NPC still works normally (loot, announcement, etc.), but no longer automatically promotes the challenger to Fleet Admiral.

### Admiral strike system disabled
Admirals and Fleet Admirals can no longer be automatically demoted through doriki-drop checks, death penalties, or inactivity strikes. Demotion is only possible through other means (e.g. commands).

### Celestial Dragon summon system disabled
The summon assignment system for on-duty Admirals is fully disabled: no new summons are ever assigned, so the associated timeout/strike penalty can never trigger either.

### Navy mission spawn radius
The minimum and maximum spawn distance for every registered Navy mission is rescaled (configurable in the addon’s source, default: halved), so mission encounter zones spawn closer to the player.

### Haki trainer requirement removed
Patches `AffinityHelper` so Haki talents and mastery tier upgrades never require visiting a Haki Trainer NPC. Players can unlock and upgrade every talent directly through the Haki Screen, with the tooltip text staying consistent with this change.

## How it works

The addon uses a mix of Forge event listeners and SpongePowered Mixin to patch Zitoen Piece’s behaviour at runtime. It does not modify, redistribute, or include any code or assets from Zitoen Piece or Mine Mine no Mi.

## Requirements

– Minecraft 1.16.5, Forge
– Zitoen Piece 0.3.15+ (required dependency, must load after this addon’s dependency chain)
– Mine Mine no Mi (required by Zitoen Piece itself)
– Server-side (works on both client and server, but has no effect without the server-side systems it patches)
