Decorative Clothing Rules

Disables selected clothing powers so decorative gear follows the Steam & Steel server rules.

Features

This server-rules addon disables four specific clothing abilities: Killer Rabbit Ears speed/jump effects, Lucky’s Wardrobe powder-snow walking, Vinery clothing bone-meal refunds and related wear, and Farm & Charm dungarees farmland protection.

Usage

Changes only the listed ability paths.
Preserves Farm & Charm sprinkler watering and ordinary vanilla item/block handling.
Keeps models, textures, recipes and existing item components. Attribute values, enchanting policy and item availability remain controlled by the original mods and the rest of the modpack.

Install matching versions on server and clients with all four required original mods. These are deliberate ability changes for a server ruleset.

From Steam & Steel

These changes originated in Steam & Steel SMP, our custom Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge server pack. This addon is supplied separately from the full pack.

Beta / Feedback

This is a beta release. The original in-pack changes come from the specific Steam & Steel server pack used and tested by our players. These newly packaged standalone addons have local code checks; compatibility with other packs still needs feedback.

The real Sponge transformation applied to both item classes and both vanilla classes after their actual upstream mixins. Exactly the two intended merged callbacks were neutralized; 26 neighbouring methods, including sprinkler watering and vanilla paths, were preserved. A new Minecraft gameplay session with this standalone package has not yet been tested.

If you encounter a crash, an error or unexpected behaviour, please leave a comment with your Minecraft, NeoForge, original-mod and addon versions, plus steps to reproduce the problem. Include a log after removing private details. We will investigate reported bugs and work on fixes.
