Chicken’s Arena is a party-based PvE combat and challenge mod designed to bring structured mob encounters, wave defense, and group trials directly to your Minecraft world or dedicated server.

Whether you are looking to test your endgame gear, run cooperative dungeon encounters with friends, or establish automated gauntlets, Chicken’s Arena manages the entire lifecycle of a combat encounter: team assembly, arena selection, match states, and configurable post-battle loot distribution.

• Automated Match Flow: Arenas cycle automatically through clear match states: Waiting, Countdown, Active Combat, and Match Completion.

• Instance Tracking: Cleanly tracks participating players, remaining hostile mobs, and match status to ensure encounters execute smoothly without getting stuck or overlapping.

• Arena Selection Logic: The built-in ArenaManager easily handles queueing and selecting appropriate arenas for your group.

Fully Configurable Rewards

• Server-Defined Payouts: Reward your victors with custom items, currency, or materials upon successfully conquering an arena run.

• Scalable Loot Pools: Configure victory drops directly via the mod’s configuration files to grant fixed item sets, tiered rewards, or integration-friendly loot suitable for your modpack’s progression.

COMMANDS

Basic Commands

/party create
Description: Creates a new party with you as the leader.

/party invite <player>
Description: Sends an invite to the specified player to join your party.

/party join <leader>
Description: Accepts a pending invite from the specified party leader.

/party list
Description: Displays all current online and offline members in your party.

/party leave
Description: Leaves your active party (passes leadership if you were the leader).

/party kick <player>
Description: Kicks a member from your party (Leader only).

/arena start <difficulty>
Description: Queues your party into an available arena at the selected difficulty (Leader only).
Options: <difficulty> (EASY, NORMAL, HARD, etc.)

/arena quit
Description: Forfeits and exits the party’s current ongoing arena match.

Admin Commands

/arenaadmin create <id> [boss]
Description: Registers a new arena ID, optionally binding an entity type as the encounter boss.
Example: /arenaadmin create NetherGauntlet minecraft:wither

/arenaadmin setspawn <id>
Description: Sets the player entrance spawn point for the specified arena to your current coordinates.

/arenaadmin setlobby <id>
Description: Sets the pre-game/post-game lobby return point for the specified arena to your current coordinates.

/arenaadmin addmobspawn <id>
Description: Adds a hostile mob spawn coordinate at your current position to the arena’s spawn pool.

/arenaadmin list
Description: Outputs all currently registered arena IDs on the server.

/arenaadmin remove <id>
Description: Deletes the specified arena from the runtime registry.

/arenaadmin save
Description: Persists all arena configurations and spawn coordinates to config/chickensarena_arenas.json.
