Shared NeoForge library mod for the Colony Protocol series of modpacks.

What it provides

• Field Manual — Patchouli book registration under the specterrealm: namespace. Colony Protocol packs use this as the in-game progression guide.
• Quest & chapter icons — 14 custom items used as FTB Quests icons across all CP packs (specterrealm:icon_quest_*, specterrealm:icon_chapter_*).

Why it exists

Previously each Colony Protocol pack bundled its own copy of the mod JAR in overrides/mods/. This mod replaces that pattern — packs reference it by CurseForge project ID so updates flow through the normal dependency channel.

For modpack authors

Add this as a required dependency in your manifest.json or packwiz pw.toml. All Colony Protocol packs require it.
