Within this pack there are several mods that positively affect the frame rates of Minecraft, and some that are super nice to have, these include but are not limited to:

You’re in Grave Danger – If you die your inventory won’t get thrown on the ground, it will instead be contained within a gravestone.

Xaero’s Minimap – Very helpful to have an active map to help with exploration and finding home, as well as having waypoints!
