• Length (MTR value): 19m

• Can be used in formations of 3 cars or more

• Redistribution and modification are prohibited.

• Re-uploading is prohibited.

• If a user causes trouble or violates the rules using this model after its public release, distribution may be temporarily suspended.

About the Seibu 30000 Series (excerpt from Wikipedia)

The Seibu 30000 series is a commuter train introduced in FY2007 to replace the 101 and 301 series on the Ikebukuro and Shinjuku Line systems.
It features an interior and exterior design that aligns with the Seibu Group’s unified corporate slogan: “Smiles for all those on the move.”
Its nickname is “Smile Train.”

The train’s design concept is based on the motif of an “egg”:

The exterior represents a soft and gentle curve like a freshly laid egg.

The interior aims to create a warm and comforting atmosphere.

The opinions of female staff members who participated in the design project were also incorporated, reflecting not only technical but also user-oriented perspectives.
The 30000 series was the first Seibu commuter train to adopt a widened car body and LCD passenger information displays, among other innovations.

Its design excellence was recognized when, in July 2009, it became the first railway vehicle to receive the 3rd Kids Design Award from the NPO Kids Design Association, along with its manufacturer, Hitachi, Ltd.

西武30000系について（Wikipediaより抜粋)

池袋線・新宿線系統において運用される101系・301系電車を代替する目的で、2007年（平成19年）度より新製された、西武グループにおける統一コーポレートスローガン「でかける人を、ほほえむ人へ」に沿った内外装のデザインを特徴とする通勤形電車である。愛称は“スマイルトレイン” (Smile Train) 。
内外装のデザインについては「たまご」をモチーフとし、外観は「生みたてのたまごのようなやさしく、やわらかなふくらみ」を、内装は「温かみのあるやさしい空間」をそれぞれイメージしたものである。また、各部の設計には後述する本系列の設計開発プロジェクトに参加した女性社員の意見を反映し、専門的な視点のみならず利用客視点からの意見・感性を取り入れたものとした。また、西武鉄道の通勤形電車としては初の拡幅車体を採用した他、車内案内表示装置として初めて液晶ディスプレイ (LCD) を採用するなど、数々の新機軸が導入されている。
本系列の主にデザイン面における工夫が評価され、2009年（平成21年）7月にNPO法人キッズデザイン協議会より第3回キッズデザイン賞を、本系列の製造を担当した日立製作所とともに鉄道車両としては初めて受賞した。
