Overenchanting Works

Makes Silk Touch, Channeling, and Infinity level 2 do more than the first level. Does NOT make them available in survival. (Meant to be used with Create: Enchantment Industry, but you can make the enchants attainable some other way if you want.)

This mod adds additional functionality for single level enchantments raised above the level cap.

If you want to get these in the game, you will need an additional mod or datapack (or commands).

This mod was inspired by Create: Enchantment Industry, which is one mod that allows enchanting beyond the level cap.

If you make a datapack to change the cap on the enchantments, make sure you base it on the json files in this mod, so you don’t leave out its features.

Mending 2 mends more
Silk Touch 2 lets you pick up
- Spawners
- Budding Amethyst
- Reinforced Deepslate
- Suspicious Sand and Gravel
- Shriekers that can still spawn Wardens
Channeling 2 works in broad daylight
- Channeling 3 works indoors
Infinity 2 works on Tipped and Spectral Arrows
Multishot and Aqua Affinity 2 already work in vanilla, but this mod gives Aqua Affinity 2 the additional benefit of reduceing the penalty for not standing on the bottom of the sea (this is configuarable).
