🔥 Infinite Forge: Fuse Any Two Items

Bread + TNT = Volatile Bread. Trident + Honeycomb = Trident of Bees. Pufferfish + Elytra = an elytra that poisons whoever hits you and shakes loose live pufferfish when you get hurt.

Infinite Forge lets you fuse any two items in Minecraft into something new, with a generated name, combined traits and real abilities. And every recipe is the same for everyone. Same two items, same result, on every world and every server.

So when someone says “fuse a pufferfish with an elytra”, you’ll get exactly what they got.

There are 1,095,940 two-item recipes in vanilla alone. Nobody has found them all. Go find one nobody has posted yet.

⚒️ How it works

1. Craft the Infinite Forge: a gold ingot on top, iron / crafting table / iron in the middle, three cobblestone on the bottom.
2. Drop any two items in. The result shows up before you commit.
3. Take it. It uses up one of each input, and you’ve got a brand-new item.

The result is a real, working item. A fused pickaxe still mines, a fused elytra still flies, a fused bread can still be eaten. It just also does a lot more now.

🧬 21 traits, mixed and matched

Every item brings traits based on what it is. TNT is Explosive, feathers are Floaty, pufferfish are Toxic and Aquatic, honeycomb summons bees. Fuse two items and the result gets both sets.

Traits actually do things. A Blazing pickaxe auto-smelts what it mines. A Magnetic one sends drops straight into your inventory. Tiny shrinks whoever holds it. Hearty heals whatever you hit. Yes, really.

• 🔁 Same trait twice? It levels up. TNT + Gunpowder gives Explosive II. Max is III.
• ✨ Mutations: 1 fusion in 8 rolls a bonus trait neither item had. They’re fixed per recipe too, so they’re worth hunting.
• 🎲 Every item has a secret. Items with no obvious trait get a hidden “wild” one. What does a clock do? Only one way to find out.

🎮 Gem-style abilities

Almost every trait gives the item an active ability you fire on purpose.

19 abilities, each with its own cooldown: Fireball, Blink, Smite, Blast Jump, Poison Cloud, Ground Slam, Flare, Drain, Summon and more. A HUD next to your hotbar tracks them, and every item’s tooltip explains its abilities (hold Shift for details). All keys can be rebound.

💎 Stack enchantments forever

The forge has no enchantment limits.

• Sharpness V + Sharpness V = Sharpness X. Keep going, all the way to 255.
• Nothing is incompatible. Sharpness and Smite. Mending and Infinity.
• Books stack too. Combine books, then fuse the stack onto your gear.

And you can keep re-fusing the same item as many times as you want.

The first player on a world to forge a recipe gets announced to everyone:

Every fused item also carries a short Recipe # code. It’s identical for everyone who makes it, so you can prove you found the same thing.

• Install on the server and every client. The forge screen, ability keys and HUD run client-side.
• Works with items from other mods too. They get traits the same way.
