Features:
- Makes the XP system gain flat so the point required do not scale upwards (means level 1 and 500 will cost the same amount of “points” to level up)
- Works with Nemo’s enchants; specifically soul touch to allow spawners multiplying when placed together for simple farms (means when placing 1 mob spawner beside another, 2 times the mobs will spawn)
