Nostalgia Emulation System is a resource pack that was made for the16x NES Challenge 2.5, which involved only using 3 colours from the NES Palette per 16×16 pixel area.
It is by no means complete. Most major blocks are done, but only a few items are. There are also a few paintings and mobs.
