Wonder Man

First, obtain an “End air bottle” by right-clicking with an empty vial in your hand while in The End, then use it to craft the “ionic charge serum.”

Combine the serum with an empty injection by placing one in your main hand and the other in your off-hand, then use it to inject yourself and gain the “ionic charged” effect.

Survive this effect while being struck by lightning, and you will gain the powers of Wonder Man !
