What this fork adds

• FTB Quests can award a title with the titles:title reward. In the quest editor you pick any registered title ID, and claiming the quest unlocks it for that player.
• KubeJS can register titles at datapack reload through TitlesEvent.onTitleRegistry. Scripts get event.create(id) / event.addTitle(…), plus TitleManager and TitleAwardType bindings, so packs can define titles in script instead of generating a huge JSON tree.
• Each unlock now stores when it happened: real-world date and in-game hours. That timestamp shows on the title-selection tooltip. Clicking your own newly unlocked title in chat still sets it as the display title; that hover text is translated.
