Multi Builder Tool Fork

A 1.20.1 Forge fork of Multibuilder Tool. Same one-click multiblock builder, but this fork drops the energy system and adds a client KubeJS hook for the structure picker.

What’s different from upstream 1.20：

• No energy cost. The tool no longer stores FE/EU, has no charge bar, and does not spend energy to build or dismantle. Survival still needs the blocks in the tool inventory; Creative still skips materials.
• Client KubeJS structure filter. Pack scripts can change what appears in the structure selection GUI:
