# ⚔ Strength SMP

**Every kill makes you stronger. Every death makes you weaker.**

Strength SMP adds a Strength system, weapon class powers, rare custom items, and a server-wide mace limit to your SMP. Built for Fabric 1.21.11.

## 💪 Strength

– Every player starts at **+1 Strength**. The max is **+5**.
– Each Strength point adds **+1 attack damage** to every hit. A sword that does 8 damage does 11 at +3.
– **Kill a player** to steal 1 Strength from them.
– If they’re already at +1, there’s nothing to steal.
– If you’re already at +5, a **Strength Shard** drops instead.
– Killing the same player again within 10 minutes gives nothing, so no farming alts.

### Strength Shard
Right-click it to gain +1 Strength. It’s very hard to craft:

## 🎲 Weapon Classes

Every player gets a random **Weapon Class** on their first join: **Sword, Axe, Trident, Bow or Crossbow**. Any normal weapon of your class gets your powers.

Each class has a **Base Power** and an **Ultimate**, which unlocks at **+5 Strength**. While your Ultimate is on cooldown, your Base Power works instead.

A **combo** means landing hits in a row without getting hit yourself.

### ⚔ Sword
– **Flow State:** a 3-hit combo makes every hit a critical hit for 10 seconds.
– **Ultimate: Titan’s Fists.** A 5-hit combo summons two giant red and white fists. They punch right, punch left, uppercut the enemy into the sky, then slam them back down. That’s 9 hearts of damage that ignores armor.

### 🪓 Axe
– **Armor Crack:** 3 crits weaken the enemy’s armor by 30% and disable their shield for 6 seconds.
– **Ultimate: Stunlock.** Your 3rd crit in a combo freezes the enemy for 3 to 5 seconds, even in mid-air. The only thing they can do is eat a golden apple.

### 🔱 Trident
– **Tidal Wave:** a 3-hit combo blasts the enemy back, slows them and stops them sprinting.
– **Ultimate: Maelstrom.** Your thrown trident creates a whirlpool that pulls enemies in, followed by 3 lightning strikes. If it hits a player, it follows them wherever they run.

### 🏹 Bow
– **Hunter’s Mark:** a fully charged hit makes the target glow. Your next arrow on them does +2 hearts.
– **Ultimate: Arrow Storm.** Hit an enemy with a fully charged arrow and arrows rain down on them for 4 seconds. Shields can’t block them.

### 🎯 Crossbow
– **Quick Draw:** hitting a player with a bolt instantly reloads your crossbow and gives you Speed.
– **Ultimate: Crimson Boom.** Hit the same enemy with 2 bolts and a red sonic boom blasts them, dealing 6 hearts through any armor. It even goes through up to 5 blocks.

### 📕 Reroll Book
Right-click it to get a new random Weapon Class. It’s a shapeless recipe: **Book + 2 Diamond Blocks + Heavy Core + Echo Shard**.

## 🗡 Strength Sword

A custom sword with **10 attack damage** and its own texture.

– Kill a player with it while you’re at **+5 Strength** and they drop a **Sharpness Crystal**.
– Click the crystal onto your sword in your inventory for **+1 Sharpness**, up to **Sharpness 10**.
– **If you die, your sword loses all its Sharpness.**

## 🌀 Dash Mace & Mace Limit

**Dash Mace:** right-click to dash forward about 8 blocks, with no fall damage for 3 seconds.

**Mace Limit:** only **3 maces** can ever be crafted on the server. That includes the Dash Mace, and only **1 Dash Mace** can exist. The whole server is told whenever a mace is crafted. Admins can turn the limit on and off.

## ⚙ Configuration

Every number can be changed in `config/strengthsmp.json`: max Strength, damage, cooldowns, combo timing, stun length and more.

## 📦 Requirements

– **Minecraft 1.21.11**
– **Fabric Loader** 0.17 or newer
– **[Fabric API](https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/fabric-api)**

The mod is needed on the **server**. Players should also install it to see the Strength Sword’s custom texture. Everything else works for players without it.
