Wax n’ Wane

Wax n’ Wane provides the user with the ability to change the weather and moon phase. This is done with an altar, a magic circle, bottles of blood, and unique sigils. Each sigil is labeled with standard galactic alphabet letters that show which moon phase or weather status it signifies.
