Overview

This is a mod that adds a concentration meter inspired by the mechanic of Vergil from Devil May Cry games. It consists of 10 bars, where each one gives a different buff when filled.

Bars are filled when near mobs and attacking enemies. On the other hand, the meter depletes when sprinting, jumping or missing swings near foes.

Whether there are mobs nearby is shown by the existence of an exclamation mark near the meter.

Concentration gain and loss can be enabled and disabled via their respective gamerules.

You can view the list of buffs via /getbuffs or change a player’s concentration via /concentration (1-100).

Concentration Levels

Level 1: No slowdown

Level 2: +12.5% attack speed

Level 3: No burning

Level 4: -50% knockback

Level 5: -75% fall damage

Level 6: +7% movement speed

Level 7: +1 block reach

Level 8: -40% received damage

Level 9: +10 max health

Level 10: Max damage sweeps
