Tools for use in conjunction with WesterosBlocks and WorldEdit on the WesterosCraft server.

Commands
/wctools cycler

• The first one is basically identical to the current cycler tool except that it automatically sets unconnect=true when applicable.
  /wctools extrude
• a variant of the cycler tool that toggles the blockstate for a wall, fence, pane, or stair block in a particular direction – either on the side facing the user for right click, or the opposite side for left click.
  /wctools paint <set>
• a paint tool that can paint over any block set with another block set

The paint command requires a list of blocksets to be provided in config/westerostools/blocksets.json. WesterosBlocks will automatically generate this file on server startup, so it gets dumped in config/westerosblocks/blocksets.json. Any time there’s a block update, that file will need to be copied over to the westerostools directory
