Fins and Flippers: Hunger Overhaul

FINS AND FLIPPERS: HUNGER REWORK!

This rework fixes some of the issues that we believe the vanilla hunger system has while still allowing each player to have freedom and expression to play the game the way would like while encouraging diversity!

KEY FEATURES:

– Allows foods to have custom effects added through .json configuration!

– Adds a global 6 second delay on eating to force more thought between eating and combat

– You can no longer starve: it is now replaced by fatigue stages – under 3 hunger you get weakness 1 and when you hit 0 hunger you get mining fatigue 1 as well

– You are ALWAYS able to run!
