Water of Life transforms your Minecraft survival experience by adding a fully featured thirst system, custom HUD, and immersive survival mechanics. Drinking water is no longer optional — it’s essential.
Every biome, every sprint, every jump costs you hydration. Find clean water, purify it, carry it. Stay alive.
⚡ Features
💧 Thirst System
- A 0–100 thirst meter that drains over time passively, while sprinting, jumping, and taking damage
- Ignore it long enough and you’ll suffer Weakness → Slowness → Nausea → Dehydration in sequence
- Biome temperature matters: deserts and the Nether drain faster; cold tundras drain slower
- Rain slows thirst drain slightly
- Death penalty: respawn with your thirst cut in half
🚰 Water Quality
Not all water is safe. Drinking from rivers and lakes carries an 80% chance of contamination — leading to poisoning and diarrhea effects that accelerate your thirst drain. Safe water sources include:

🎒 Water Pouches
5 tiers of craftable water pouches to carry your hydration on the go:
- 🔴 Red Pouch — 15L
- 🟢 Green Pouch — 35L
- ⚫ Gray Pouch — 55L
- 🟠 Orange Pouch — 75L
- 🟣 Legendary Purple Pouch — 100L
Fill with Shift + X near a water source (while crouching). Drink with [C]. Purify dirty pouches in a furnace.
🖥️ Custom HUD
Vanilla HUD elements are replaced with a clean, minimal interface:
- Custom health, hunger, and thirst bars
- Compact hotbar (bottom-right, vertical layout)
- Armor display alongside character preview
- Game mode indicator
- All elements are individually toggleable via
/baredit
🏗️ New Blocks
- Clean Water Source — Purifies nearby water within a 5-block radius
- Polluted Water Source — Creates a toxic zone (useful for map makers)
- Rain Collector — Automatically collects rainwater over time
- Extinguished Torch — A torch that requires fuel to light

Water Of Life 怎么安装？
