Shadered+

An unofficial addon for Shadered by Noodlegamer76, made with the author’s permission.

🌌 Six new skies

Jupiter, Cat, Twilight, Hell, Nebula and Golden Hour, added as real Shadered sky types. They work with everything in Shadered:

• Sky blocks drawn by Shadered’s renderer
• Shadered’s filters (posterize, grayscale…)
• The Sky Emitter
• Illusorite ore veins can contain them (that’s how you get them, just like Shadered’s own skies)

🐱 OIIA Cat

A 3D cat block that faces you when placed. Give it a redstone signal and it curls up and spins.

• Recipe: Gray Wool and Light Gray Wool around a Diamond Block (top: Gray, Light Gray, Gray / middle: Light Gray, Diamond Block, Light Gray / bottom: Gray, Gray, Gray)
• Big OIIA Cat: build a solid cube of cats, from 2x2x2 up to 23x23x23, and it turns into one giant cat. It spins with redstone too, and breaking it gives all the cats back.

🏝️ Sky Islands

Island Scanner: place it in the middle of an area and choose its size (3×3 up to 25×25), height and depth. A live preview spins on top. Press Scan to get a Sky Island item: a tiny 3D copy of the area with a floating-island underside.

• Copies blocks, chests, signs, banners, Shadered sky blocks and mobs. The mini mobs walk around the island.
• Recipe: Glass x3 / Amethyst Shard, Spyglass, Amethyst Shard / Iron Ingot x3

Pedestal: place the Sky Island item to show the island floating above a pedestal. In your hand, it shows in 3D.

Island Painting: hang it on a wall and put an island in it. The picture becomes a window into a 3D room inside the wall.

• Right-click with an empty hand: turn the island
• Sneak + right-click: take the island out
• Right-click with a Shadered sky block: use that sky as the background
• Hang paintings in a rectangle (2×2 up to 8×8) to join them into one big painting
• Frame styles: Gold Ingot, Dark Oak Planks, Prismarine Shard, Nether Quartz or Blackstone (Stick for the normal oak frame)
• Name plaques: rename the Sky Island in an anvil and its name shows on a plaque that matches the frame
• Recipe: 8 Sticks around an Amethyst Shard

Travel: right-click a pedestal or painting with an ender pearl to teleport to where the island was scanned.

⚠️ Notes

• Requires Shadered for 1.21.1 or 1.20.1 and everything Shadered needs.
• Break all Shadered+ sky blocks and ores before removing this mod from a world. Shadered can’t load sky types that no longer exist.
• Island Paintings use the stencil buffer, so some shader packs may show them oddly.
