Death note from death note

Mod adds death note, a note book that kills any player written in in. The mod is inspired by anime デスノート(deat note)

How to use it:
Open book and type the exact nick of a player that you want to kill, then write how many seconds from now he shoud die and how, for example:
Player 10 burned
which means player named Player will be burned in 10 seconds
