Security Craft: Which allows you to secure your builds from other players.

Carryon: Allows you to carry mobs in your hand with out any special items.  

Chickens: Adds chickens that drop different items. 

Chisels and Bits: Allows you to shape blocks bit by bit. 

Code Chicken Library: Has source code for chickens.

CoFH Core: Contains Core Functionality for all Team CoFH mods.  

CoFH World: Customizable and Powerful world generator.  

Cucumber: A library of shared code for some mods. 

Cyclic: Adds a lot of weapons, tools, and enchantments. 

Draconic Additions: Adds not as over-powered weapons, tools, and enchantments.
