Arcane Casket

Arcane Casket Accessories – Container Curios that Empower Your Combat

This mod adds a series of container‑type curios that give you combat bonuses based on what you store inside them. Currently, two magical caskets are available: the Sword Arcane Casket and the Armor Arcane Casket. Both occupy the dedicated “Arcane Casket” Curios slot (3 slots per player by default, fully adjustable via Curios’ own config).

🔮 Sword Arcane Casket

• Right‑click to open a chest‑like inventory (9 slots).

• Stores any items, but only one copy of each item ID is allowed (duplicates are blocked).

• When the container is closed, it sums up the base attack damage (generic.attack_damage) of all stored weapons/items.

• Grants the wearer +10% of that total as extra melee damage (configurable).

• Bonus updates automatically when items are added/removed or when the casket is equipped/unequipped.

🛡️ Armor Arcane Casket

• Same container mechanics, but focuses on defense.

• Sums up the armor (generic.armor) and armor toughness (generic.armor_toughness) of all stored armor pieces.

• Grants the wearer +10% of the total armor as bonus armor, and +10% of the total toughness as bonus toughness (both independently configurable).

• Bonus updates just like the Sword version.

⚙️ Configuration
All conversion ratios are adjustable in config/arcane_casket-common.toml:

• damageConversionRatio (default: 0.1) – for the Sword Casket.

• armorConversionRatio (default: 0.1) – for the Armor Casket’s armor bonus.

• toughnessConversionRatio (default: 0.1) – for the Armor Casket’s toughness bonus.

Changes take effect the next time you close the container – no restart required.

The number of “Arcane Casket” slots can be changed directly in Curios’ own config (curios-common.toml) by editing the slots list, e.g. "id=arcane_casket;size=5".
