Attribute Limiter

Attribute Limiter allows limiting attributes like speed, jump, swim speed, mining speed, entity interaction range, block reach, step height, player size with customizable limits. The origional mod was made for a modpack where all player’s attributes were being scaled, with no good way to control it. 

The scaling works by using the mod apothic attributes, and applying a % decrease to get close to the value set. The item opens a gui where you can set values or just click the checkmark to select the default values for those attributes.

Currently, as some of the attributes also do math with attributes from other mods if they exist in the pack, to get the closest to the origional value (mod origionally made for a tensura modpack), so the config in attributelimiter-common.toml is very messy.
