ForgeBoundChests Storage Slot Fix

Fixes the hardcoded 255-slot NBT inventory limit crash for large storage mods by using a dynamic positional list.

This mod specifically targets error

“failed to append value ‘item…’ to list ‘items’: Unsigned byte was too large ####>255”

1) In theory this will work from Minecraft 1.21+ (Currently I only have it set for one mod, but if anybody finds another mod with the same issue I can add it to the file. Just leave me a comment with the mod name and version and I’ll see what I can do.)
