Dragon Blood Infusion is a Minecraft 1.12.2 mod designed for RLCraft 2.10. It allows Fire, Ice, and Lightning Dragon Blood to be applied to almost any melee weapon—not only Dragonbone weapons.

Want a flaming nunchaku, a frozen halberd, or a wooden sword charged with lightning? Now you can create it.

How It Works

Combine a melee weapon with the selected Dragon Blood in any crafting grid:

• Weapon + Fire Dragon Blood → Fire Infusion

• Weapon + Ice Dragon Blood → Ice Infusion

• Weapon + Lightning Dragon Blood → Lightning Infusion

Each weapon can contain up to two different Dragon Blood types. Once two types have been selected, additional blood can be used to level those infusions from Level 1 to Level 10.

Every level above Level 1 adds one heart of bonus melee damage for that infusion.

For example:

• Fire Level 1 → normal Fire effect

• Fire Level 5 → Fire effect and +4 hearts of damage

• Fire Level 10 → Fire effect and +9 hearts of damage

• Two Level 10 infusions → up to +18 hearts of combined bonus damage

The current infusion levels are displayed directly in the weapon tooltip.

Dragon Blood Effects

Fire Dragon Blood

Sets the target on fire using the Fire Dragon weapon effect.

Ice Dragon Blood

Uses the native Ice and Fire freezing capability. Targets can be frozen, slowed, and affected by Mining Fatigue.

Lightning Dragon Blood

Uses the native Ice and Fire Chain Lightning system, including its lightning visuals, paralysis, cooldown, range, and target-selection mechanics.

Preserves Your Weapon

The weapon is not replaced with a new item. Dragon Blood Infusion modifies the original ItemStack by adding its own NBT data.

This preserves:

• Enchantments

• Durability

• Quality and reforging

• Custom names

• Sockets

• Modded attributes

• Additional NBT data from other mods

Previously infused weapons remain compatible and are automatically migrated to the current infusion-level system.
