Unlike packs that crank Wither Skeleton Skull drops to 100%, this datapack gives Wither Skeletons a balanced, vanilla-friendly drop curve from 5% to 20% that makes bringing a Looting sword well worth the trip.

Key Features

• Balanced Progression: Replaces the punishing 2.5% base skull rate with a fair 5% base chance and +5% per level of Looting.
• Player-Kill Requirement Preserved: Skulls still require a player kill (minecraft:killed_by_player), keeping standard vanilla fortress mechanics intact.
